Salary: £12,000 - £15,000 annual

The intern is in charge of seeing that the general day-to-day workings of the office run smoothly. They assist the team with any smaller tasks that might need doing. This is an ‘all-round’ intern role, where the intern is able to gain experience in all areas of the company. The internship will involve mainly Admin/PA duties, along with Marketing and minor technical/Development tasks.




Admin duties:

  • Handling the booking and recording of meetings

  • Greeting guests

  • Maintaining office and ordering supplies

  • Invoice reconciliation

  • Recruitment tasks

  • Updating internal databases

  • Reading and prioritising the Project Manager’s emails



  • Photoshop tasks

  • Assisting with gathering and reporting data

  • Hardware/software maintenance

  • Updating current BrightLemon site

  • Putting technical info into branded templates


Marketing duties:

  • BrightLemon instagram

  • Creating blog content

  • Newsletter

  • Events attendance

  • Social media

  • Gathering and reporting marketing metrics
