An opportunity has now arisen for a Junior Drupal Developer to join the team. This is the ideal role for a Junior Drupal developer enthusiast who wants to develop their career with an innovative digital agency who specialises in building online communities and social networks for ethical clients.
As a Junior Drupal developer, you will spend time assisting the development team and actively developing online solutions to the limit of your capabilities. You will be provided with a Drupal training programme to assist your progress, however, you will also be expected to take initiative for your own advancements – with the expectations of becoming a fully fledged Drupal expert.
We are specifically looking for a young aspiring developer who has an interest in working alongside Drupal with at least two years of experience or has recently graduated from a computing degree.
Most importantly you should have a passion for what you do. Essential skills/requirements:To be considered for this position, you must have:
Intermediate PHP development experience (minimum 1 year)
Show experience in dealing with Drupal Module development and Drupal Theming
Solid communication and organisational skills and a positive can-do attitude
Desirable skills/requirements:This role will involve Drupal development, therefore, the Junior Drupal developer will ideally have:
Experience in dealing with database configuration
A sound understanding of Front End web technologies
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
